Avantages
Decent training program that will help you build a B2B background to find a better job. Other employers love to see a copier background.
Inconvénients
Very low senior management competence. They create an environment that makes you think you cannot be successful at any other sales job. Favoritism plays a huge role in making monthly quotas and most managers are either condenscending or genuinely do not want to help when there is a problem. They'll teach you something once and as soon as you forget, they will speak down to you as if you are incompetent.
