Avantages
Ricoh has a lot of strong services to sell. They've been around a long time and have a well known name for hardware and associated services.
Inconvénients
They have too many sales groups and sales tiers selling the same services into the same accounts. There is confusion not only internally but confusion at the client level as to who they should be talking to. To try to reduce this confusion again, Ricoh is going through another reduction in force right at the end of this current fiscal year and realigning the various sales teams... again.
