      Mostly friendly environment as with all gas stations.

      Inconvénients

      They don't talk to employees and feel as if they offer enough pay for the amount of work u do. Some district managers have no self control and think they own the company and act like it as well

      Upper management cared about manager concerns Always helped cover stores with staff shortages by offering incentives to employees at other stores Easy to move up

      Expected to do above your job duties consistently Raises never happened when promised Performance has nothing to do with your title or respect amongst other management
