Toxic administration that undercuts it employees at the knees, is disrespectful to contractors, plays games among favorites in the department, yells and berates employees. Don’t expect a pat on the back for good work. HR has heard the claims of many former employees who have left and cited the same problems over and over and they have never done anything. They flip flop on department policies at their will to what suits them and not the employees.
