      Avantages

      Respectful, intellectual colleagues. Non-stressful work environment. Easy-going when one has things like a doctor's appointment. Generous time-off (holidays, plus the week between Christmas and New Years, and it's like you get extra vacation if you don't have to take any of your sick days).

      Inconvénients

      The hot humid Houston heat. Parking lot distant from everything.

      No scope for raises. Receive silly plaques to commemorate work anniversaries rather than raise.
