Avantages
Rice is set on a beautiful campus with lots of onsite benefits. As an employee you have access to a gym/pool and a variety of dining options. Has a very family type atmosphere, the work is busy but very supportive.
Inconvénients
Depending on what you are doing there can be limited upward mobility if you want to stay in a particular organization.
