      Avantages

      Some of the coworkers. Paying 1.50 to eat

      Inconvénients

      Managers are lazy, they tell you a pay you will make then not pay it, or make excuses. You have to work like a dog. 3 job positions for a low hourly rate. Not only do you cook, your prepping and doing dishes and at times the only one.

      No Pros for Rib City

      Inconvénients

      This company was great to work for when the Father and Son ran it together. The Vice President left and everything went down hill. The cleanliness, the moral, appreciation. They have you terminate employees just to rehire them back at a different locations. They don’t support the General Managers.. have you also being the Kitchen manager with no added salary, working you like a dog. Had no hot water for months and we had to hand wash every dish which made it a nightmare.. against Health Code too.
