With each negative review, we feel saddened some individuals leaving our organization feel we have failed them as a leadership team. I can say for myself, I certainly care about our agents and their professional success. The security field is a very dynamic and ever changing environment. In this organization, we look out for each member of the team. Sometimes that causes a bit of discomfort. We work hard to share all burdens equally. RiP actually has job opportunities starting at $15/hr. These are not entry level positions though. These positions are reserved for experienced security professionals who carry various certifications and credentials. No one ever wants to hear they are the worst in any situation.
