Avantages

Length of time in business and marketing platform is somewhat competitive

Inconvénients

It's a common practice to lay-off employees. Lots of turn-over especially in the office. The outside team seems to be pretty happy; I would possibly go there however the model is becoming less relevant. I would recommend that you be cautious about making a career choice at this organization... This is likely more of a means to an end kind of job.

Avantages

Ability to run your own business with support of a company behind you. High earning potential if you are a real hunter, professional salesperson, and self-motivated. Great people to work with and great product to sell. Excellent benefits and higher than norm 401k matching. Unlimited PTO but need to hit your numbers - it's a sales role, after all! What else would you expect?

Inconvénients

Working with restaurants is fun but challenging too.

Workloads and competing priorities will limit individualized mentorship and team engagement. Employee development and career growth planning will feel inconsistent outside of annual review.
