      Avantages

      Rever is one of very few Silicon Valley companies that offers employees a chance to be part of a rapidly growing company and have a meaningful impact in people's lives. Rever employees are great to work with and enthusiastically committed to the company's mission and culture. Rever is growing quickly and committed to growing its current employees.

      Inconvénients

      The majority of Rever employees are based on Guadalajara. I actually consider this a business strength, but this may be a con for someone who wanted to join a single-office company before its Series A.

      Avantages

      Team is wonderful - very caring and holds each other to high standard Huge opportunity - targeting billions of users Action oriented - learning from experiments by moving quickly International - large team in Mexico makes things interesting

      Inconvénients

      Step up and out of comfort zone - everyone is pushing beyond. If you are not ready for that then this is not the place for you. No day is like the one before.

      Working for Rever has been everything I had hoped for — and more. The Rever team is great: smart, fun, and driven to bring Continuous Improvement to all. Management, from the CEO on down, supports our professional development, not only for our current mission, but also, for our future missions. There is never a boring moment, with stimulating work abound. Plus, each of us are true stakeholders in our company’s success.
