Avantages
Working on the cutting edge of Robotics and seeing Baxter perform valuable work in factories was exciting. The founder Rodney Brooks is inspiring and Scott Eckert has a good vision for the business. The small collaborative culture was productive and fun.
Inconvénients
It was taking the company a long time to expand sales in the face of stiff competition, which put pressure on everyone to do more faster. This made it difficult to retain top talent and make longer term investments.
