Avantages
The client portfolio is Great. If you wish to work on tier 1 clients, this agency is a go-to. The working style is open-floor and everyone bonds well due to this. The company is also situated near the CBD and has access to all the good eateries and supermarkets nearby. There is a good amount to learn if you're new in the field but it gets constant after some time. But the amount of party, booze and fun activities can compensate if you are a party person.
Inconvénients
What I saw was a lot of politics and blame gaming. Though everyone smiles when facing each other but there is too much bad-mouthing behind the backs. If you can handle politics and bootlicking, you'll survive. The salary is below average.
