      I've never felt more connected to a leadership team in my 15 years of marketing experience- and I work remotely. My team is AMAZING, no toxic culture or corporate ladder politics- just genuine, high performing people who value theirs and others' work contributions.

      Inconvénients

      I'm looking forward to meeting my team in person soon as I miss the in-person collaborations.

      Avantages

      *Benefits are a bit pricey, but you'll be well covered *Great coworkers *Lunch for in office workers.

      Inconvénients

      *Constant layoffs. Even after leaving I'm still seeing a lot of former colleagues being let go. Great talent has been let go to cut costs. *Pay is much lower than industry average and it seems there is no budget to increase pay. *Platform has bugs and issues that were never resolved by engineering, leaving teams to develop work arounds and frustrating clients. *For bugs that are addressed, solutions take weeks to months to get fixed frustrating clients and resulting in churn. *Lack of direction and leadership. All teams are on their own path without clear direction. *No 401k match.
