The engineers are smart and deliver for our customers every few weeks. It is very nice to work for a company that provides real benefits to their customers. Reputation isn't just fluff. Everyone works hard, but most of the execs have families so they respect work life balance.
Inconvénients
Hypergrowth startups aren't for everyone. The environment requires initiative, and there is a lot of work to simultaneously support our customers, grow the business and invest in the future. Not for the faint of heart! This is an enterprise software company, and that also isn't for everyone. If you are looking for lavish parties at the expense of VCs, this isn't the right place.
