      It is possible to make a successful career without any talent. Highly developed skills in using flattery is all you need.

      Inconvénients

      Racism, sexism, tribal behaviors, micromanagement from E&P Executive Direction, absence of criteria during the prioritization of the projects, lack of focus and transparency.

      - Supportive & respectful colleagues. - Positive atmosphere throughout office. - Management team is understanding and they have a good balance with autonomy & also providing adequate support. - Diverse and inclusive.
