      Avantages

      Flexible work schedule, low stress, good benefits, good parking, great location, beautiful building.

      Inconvénients

      Unqualified managers/team leads. No leadership. No communication with subordiates. If you aren't personal friends with your /managerleader you will not get promoted or receive decent bonus. Pay is not competitive. Condescending towards more experienced workers.

      - Supportive & respectful colleagues. - Positive atmosphere throughout office. - Management team is understanding and they have a good balance with autonomy & also providing adequate support. - Diverse and inclusive.

      Inconvénients

      None that I've noticed. Great company & people working here!
