      Avantages

      Small company within a large company. You could see how your efforts impacted the entire organization. Managing team at the firm really was for personal growth and development. Great corporate environment with posative people.

      Inconvénients

      One strike your out. If you make mistakes senior marketing manager will fire you.

      Avantages

      Smaller company living inside a big company of Reynolds and Reynolds. Has been able to maintain small company feel. Rentsys had a great reputation in the market and with clients. Being in sales that was a good thing.

      Inconvénients

      Growing company had lots of changes. Very busy on product development which meant sales had to keep learning new product info. Sometimes outside of comfort zone. Never experienced at Rentsys the negative comments posted about Reynolds and Reynolds.
