      Avantages

      The company has good benefits in terms of staff welfare.

      Inconvénients

      Sales Dept being quite toxic, too focus on bringing Sales but not helping in collection dispute. Branch Service Support not meeting their KPI & resulting in late CN & affecting Collections. The Collection Dept itself downsizing staff & no replacement for resign collection dept staff. The work will be shared among the staff.

      some good benefits nice managers/supervisors work from home

      Inconvénients

      pay is low for amount of complaints and extra changes dealt with fast paced calles AI graded metrics, some mistakes by AI go unnoticed health insurance is horrible
