      Inconvénients

      Poor management. All management is hired within so many within management have little education as it is very easy to get a job there so they have no real experience in the role. Poor IT software for in field work. Left on your own after two weeks. You have to pay for a mandatory course if you leave the company. This course is 3 months after you start which makes no sense. This should be done day one.

      The company stands by its work and offered a free follow-up visit (or guarantee period) to ensure the problem was fully solved.

      Inconvénients

      The initial treatment did not fully resolve the pest problem, requiring a follow-up that should have been unnecessary.

      some good benefits nice managers/supervisors work from home

      Inconvénients

      pay is low for amount of complaints and extra changes dealt with fast paced calles AI graded metrics, some mistakes by AI go unnoticed health insurance is horrible
