NZ Rentokil Initial has bad senior management, only cared about money and not staff or customers. Big boss lady was mean to everyone. Bad culture. Company was disorganised and things constantly went wrong, but no one would take responsibility and they were never fixed. Unbelievable amount of work and stuff didn't get done cause no-one had time. Field technicians got grumpy with planners, managers got grumpy with supervisors, lots of people stressed and unhappy. Other people had enough so didn't care anymore so did minimum work and went home. Saw people walk out of office in tears. Lots of people leaving and it took long time to replace them if they were replaced, so even more work to do for those left behind. I had enough so had to leave.
