      Lack of teambuilding event Asia team working for Global often feels left out Minimal yearly increment, an average of 2-3%

      some good benefits nice managers/supervisors work from home

      pay is low for amount of complaints and extra changes dealt with fast paced calles AI graded metrics, some mistakes by AI go unnoticed health insurance is horrible
