      Avantages

      Occasionally you may find a decent CO worker, but they will not last long.

      Inconvénients

      They lower your hours to make sure you are not paid enough but will always make sure you are there at times to never see your family. Ruined 2 relationships for myself because I never had time with significant other.

      Long hours, weekends → poor work-life balance High stress from sales & collection pressure Inconsistent or micromanaging management Pay often feels low for workload Physically demanding (deliveries, field work) Limited growth; high turnover
