      Avantages

      The staff are hard-working and optimistic.

      Inconvénients

      Run by the board and they change every few years so the leadership is disjointed. CEO is a bit immature and selfish. Many people view the orchestra as a back-up band for the conductor's guest performers.

      Friendly environment, considerate of employees, always seeking ways to improve and evolve their role in the arts community.

      Inconvénients
