The company likes to think of themselves as a start up, however before March 2024 there were zero employee handbooks or written procedures. The annual raise increases barely keep up with inflation even at the highest rating. Goals for 23 were never officially given until it was time to do year end review comments. Some managers micro manage and should allow staff the ability to do their jobs, after all they hired professionals so don't treat them like children.
