We want to be clear that compliance is absolutely non-negotiable at Remote. We take our legal and regulatory obligations extremely seriously in every market we operate in, and this is never compromised for the sake of a deal.
Our whistleblower policy is extensive and strictly enforced, including legal protections for individuals who report concerns. Whistleblowers have the ability to submit a report multiple ways, including anonymously.
Regarding internal communications and team changes, we strive to balance transparency with privacy and legal requirements. We understand this can sometimes lead to uncertainty, and acknowledge that improvements can be made in this area.
