      hiring assistants politics, low to minimum wage, no benefits, feeling sort of inferior, competitive with interns and runners for the likes of composers

      Avantages

      - Everybody shows up to work hard. - Working with film music is fast paced and exciting. - Some of the best musicians, composers, and filmmakers in the industry come through the studio. - I learn a new skill almost everyday.

      Inconvénients

      - Long work hours - Most demands placed on employees are very reasonable, but there are times when tasks can seem nearly impossible
