      Avantages

      Very laid back environment, dress attire is very casual and their a sense of equal footing with everyone. Hours are flexible and people are understandable.

      Inconvénients

      Rush-tax software development was "rushed" to say the least, and many things ended up not being in the completed stage for release. Training was not really a thing, since it felt like they gave us a crash course on how to use the software and let us learn to swim through trial and error for 2 months before all the interns had a clear sense of how to operate.

      Avantages

      Great folks to work with that really understand the space their working in. Their CEO is an excellent strategist. Very family friendly company.

      Awesome company that really is dedicated to their mission of empowering and helping underserved communities and demographics navigate the impossibly intricate tax and banking processes in the US. Awesome engineering team, great company culture. Everyones input and ideas are valued and taken seriously by CEO, They're disrupting their niche in the financial sector of tech and are a company to look out for. Would work for again 10/10

      Not enough fifa talent among employees, competition was nonexistent.
