Avantages
Very laid back environment, dress attire is very casual and their a sense of equal footing with everyone. Hours are flexible and people are understandable.
Inconvénients
Rush-tax software development was "rushed" to say the least, and many things ended up not being in the completed stage for release.
Training was not really a thing, since it felt like they gave us a crash course on how to use the software and let us learn to swim through trial and error for 2 months before all the interns had a clear sense of how to operate.
