Reebok is getting back into performance, so it is an exciting time as a designer because you get exposure to a wide range of projects.

Business model is very political, hard to drive change. Location, it’s expensive and inconvenient to get to work. Salary transparency is lacking and a promotions/merit is hard to come by - org doesn’t feel rewarded or valued. HR team is small and inattentive.
