      Avantages

      Work is simple Short days with lots of time to 'self develop' Lots of events and company wide initiatives

      Inconvénients

      Mob programming is forced on the dev teams (pair programming with 4+ people at once). Company makes a lot of money from current products so no drive to improve. Solo work is discouraged, so all real decisions are made by senior staff. As a result there is little opportunity to advance as a developer yourself.

      Avantages

      A company that treats each other reasonably and works hard to grow as a team. We value working in teams We try to be respectful, both in our collaboration and what we ask of each other Great work/life balance

      Inconvénients

      Mostly a UK company, so those of us in the US are a bit removed Leadership is good, but we've had some turnover and they have work to do to grow together As we have grown over 500 people we have challenges of keeping a strong culture going. It's still there, but a little diluted in newer hires
