Avantages
The employees can be great. Benefits are good.
Inconvénients
YOU must be flexible. Hours change regularly. Sometimes 4 hrs, 6 hrs,8 hrs or 10 hrs. If you work 1st shift you know the day before but if you work 2nd shift you don't find out until you get to work and don't expect to work what first shift does. There is no room for advancement higher that a key point associate or lead associate without higher education at YOUR expense. Respect is required not earned. If you come in as a temp stay under the radar and meet or exceed expectations or you can kiss your job buhbye! The turn over rate at this facility is 35%. That is way too high for a small company! Employee issues tend to be ignored by management until it's reached the point where it disrupts the work flow. New ideas are disregarded.
