      • Most of the coworkers are friendly • Our work helps the less fortunate

      Inconvénients

      • Severe under market pay (a little over a Walmart employee salary) • extreme Micro management • Toxic Culture • Exploits New Grads from New Jersey Institute of Technology and Other colleges(don't believe me? interview with them and ask where the interviewer is from or check LinkedIn) • Lack of benefits (no 401k, 10 "flex" days for PTO or when sick) • unreasonable deadlines • The workday is taken up by meetings all day, so you have to put in extra hours to finish your tasks • spreadsheet that spreadsheet this or check the wiki.

      Avantages

      I really felt like a part of a closely-knit family during my time at RDE systems. The company is growing, adapting, and evolving. The most outstanding feature of RDE for me is the flexibility they provide their employees so that their employees can find the best version of themselves and flourish.

      Inconvénients

      RDE has always been a small group of fantastic IT people and they're efficiently expanding but you'll sort of miss the little benefits that big corporations provide. That's the only minus pointer I can give to RDE.

      Avantages

      Everyone is very friendly, helpful, understanding. Mental health is big and making sure you are not overworked and burnt out. Provide mentorship and sessions to check in. Room for growth if you express interest in other areas, team is very open with ideas to make processes better and improved.

      Inconvénients

      There are no cons worth mentioning
