Avantages
Plenty of technology to touch and learn. Great opportunity to network with customers and learn the sales process to take to a real company.
Inconvénients
Absolute micro-management. Expectations to participate in "extra curricular" activities. Do anything to make the sale, and then get put down for low margins. Demeaning atmosphere in the office keeps most employees working remote or out at customer meetings. This is a stepping-stone employer with a very small portfolio of customers. Work here only until something better comes up, or if you are at rock-bottom.
