      Inconvénients

      If you haven't worked with a time tracker that might throw you off but it's really a matter of comply to log the times No PTO or holidays, but the flexibility in billing more hours compensate for it

      They teach good practices and you learn from really amazing people

      Inconvénients

      Once you start with a client, the good practices no longer matter in most cases. They also monitor your activity in the provided laptop which is never comfortable to work with There's no benefits
