Lots of opportunities to take on new types of work 7. Responsive and available senior leadership 8. Fully remote (nice for some!)

      1. Fully remote - I like being around people. Don't blame me for it

      Inconvénients

      - Given how early staged the startup is we do iterate very quickly on projects/product features/ and more which can be a new working style than some people are used at a bigger more established company
