      1. Friendly environment 2. Good for freshers 3. Seniors are very good. 4. 5s

      Inconvénients

      1. Salary comes in 2 months sometimes they hold it for 3 months 2. Company does not give you experience letter and any other documents. 3. No increment policies.

      Avantages

      It is an auto components manufacturing unit, having equipped with latest production technologies like robotic welding, CNC production equipments, etc. The company gives immense opportunities for growth and freedom to work independently.

      Inconvénients

      The unit in Mysore is set up exclusive for single customer i.e. TVS Motor and always having a risk, in case the customer stops the business or change the product line.

      - Great Work culture - Good Work Life balance

      Inconvénients

      Though I believe that there is always room for improvement in anything. But thinking of things to improve here it becomes so difficult because all you see around is Positive only.
