      Though I believe that there is always room for improvement in anything. But thinking of things to improve here it becomes so difficult because all you see around is Positive only.

      Avantages

      It is an auto components manufacturing unit, having equipped with latest production technologies like robotic welding, CNC production equipments, etc. The company gives immense opportunities for growth and freedom to work independently.

      Inconvénients

      The unit in Mysore is set up exclusive for single customer i.e. TVS Motor and always having a risk, in case the customer stops the business or change the product line.

      Avantages

      It is good for fresher's because in this industry there are many things know about Work Environment and build up your industrial Knowledge

      Inconvénients

      Management is not affective. It not fulfill employee expectations on time. Salary is Very less .
