      Salaries are not automatically adjusted for inflation and even being classified as top-performer does not garantee an adjustment. Salaries are on a 60-40 scheme which means that the 13th salary (prima) is only 60% of your monthly compensation and that your contribution to your pension fund is calculated over 60% of your salary. Little benefits besides having discounts at some restaurants

      High degree of ownership, be accountable of the work that you produce and make things happen.
