      Good benefits, stable portfolio, family owned business for over 80 years,

      Inconvénients

      Extremely low wages, mean supervisors. Expect employees to work overtime and not get paid. Very low employee morale. No room for advancement or growth. Company spends a lot of money acquiring other companies but do not give decent raises to employees to live on to support families.

      Avantages

      Really enjoy working within my team. Lots of challenges to solve but great work life balance and genuine people.

      Inconvénients

      There is no cross coordination between business units resulting in constant internal failures Sales has unfortunately earned a negative reputation. They do not work well with others. Would like to see employees show more respect for their colleagues and how every business unit works together to meet our goals.
