      Been going through a lot of leadership changes, but they have been good.

      Too much overtime. Not enough workers to handle all the work.

      Avantages

      I have worked for Ran-Tech for over 10 years. Some of my co-workers have been here for over 15-20 years. Ran-Tech will always work with you to provide stable employment. We worked straight through Covid and the Boeing strike. If you can show Ran-Tech that you are "all in," they will go to work for you.

      Inconvénients

      Training for new employees (or employees new to a different positions) needs to be more structured and consistent.
