      Avantages

      A 50 cent raise, good training if you are new to general aviaiton

      Inconvénients

      Expected to work your butt off for very low wage and get yelled at. Can't understand owners New England accent and goes bonkers when you ask him to repeat what he said.

      Avantages

      They are very employee-friendly, making them a great company to work for. They are continually improving their proficiency.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is not competitive with industry standards. Raises are typically granted at the end of the year, and having a school degree doesn't significantly increase your salary.
