Inconvénients
The company is full of cons 1. It is very hard to survive if your manager doesn't like you. Everything is in the hands of manager. 2. Hard work and talent is never appreciated. Your hike is independent of your performance and company's performance. It's totally based on manager's mood. 3. Very less no. of people compared to the amount work. Non-realistic deadlines suck your blood. Although openings remains through out the year, but no hiring is done. 4. Management doesn't treat you like human. You are just an asset, whom they want to exploit as much as possible with lesser pay. 5. In-competent management doesn't focus on quality, they just show the quantity. 6. HR policy's are for namesake, which get modified as per individual employee and manager's liking/dis-liking. And yes, manager is involved here too. Most of the time, policy's are to exploit the employee (not in favor).
