Avantages
Benefits are phenomenal, location is great. New product-centric business units run like up-beat startups with purpose. New CEO seems to have a good perspective on transitioning to a business services model.
Inconvénients
Kind of a downer to work for a licensing company that makes money primarily by patent infringement lawsuits. Patent troll culture is kind of ingrained in the middle management. Cost-cutting inevitably creates a "get out while you can" environment until the transition to a new business model turns the corner.
