Avantages
If you are focused, attempting to learn, and showing that you are a responsible employee the path to competitive pay can be quick; however, hard and dirty work lies in the way. This requires little formal education but the ability to obtain a CDL and retain and apply knowledge from trainers.
Inconvénients
Dirty, hard, cold, hot. Some trucks have seen better day, some are magnificent. Don't expect to get a nice one or exactly what you want when there are people that have been there for much longer waiting for the same thing. The real con of this has nothing to do with this particular employer but rather the industry and nature of concrete.
