      - Practically zero hierarchal distance between any employee, allowing for the free flow of ideas and strong communication - Respectful and inclusive culture - Rally makes a very concerted effort to truly foster a diverse and inclusive workplace that goes above and beyond most firms - Overall a fun and exciting place to work, partly due to the goals of the firm. Management and other FT staff also make a strong effort to get together outside work
