Maybe Rakuten in a great company but the Bangalore branch is nothing but a garbage place for hard working people. If you are not good at nothing but knows how to butter the upper management and HRs you can make good money in exchange you can write good reviews too. They hire the worst managers and birds of same feather flock together even at HR dept. So yeah go on join this company if you wanted to be in politics and you liked snitching on your friends at school to be your teachers favourite. It’s the right place for dummies! Tip: Politics, boot licking will take you places in Rakuten. Worst company culture.
