      Avantages

      1) Working environment is good and friendly. 2) HR members are very helpful and supportive. 3) Work in latest technology and good exposure to world's tech trends. 4) Cafeteria provides very testy food 3 times a day.

      Inconvénients

      1) Not all department has same working environment. 2) Sometime work load increases but not that much.

      Avantages

      Rakuten Rewards has great life balance. Too bad the economy was getting rocked.

      Inconvénients

      Don't really have any cons. I understand that the market's been hard so had to downsize the force, so that was kinda challenging. Hopefully AI will increase everyone's output.
