      Avantages

      Rakeen Uptown Development was a good company several years ago. Employees were valued in the company. Salary was good.

      Inconvénients

      But then something went wrong. A lot of mistakes were made by the management. Along the inflation salary stayed the same and then even reduced. After all the comoany was reorganized in September of 2022 and many people fell under the reduction. They need some effective changes in management process.

      Great work environment and opportunity for growth.

      Inconvénients

      Takes a lot of convincing to use modern digital mediums in regular office admin related work.
