      Avantages

      Leaving this company was the best career decision I ever made.

      Inconvénients

      There isn't enough room to list them all. I'll highlight some that come to mind. Their tech stack is weak. The tooling is low budget at best. They expect you to be "on call" all the time. No compensation for the constant emergency after hours calls. They develop in production. I could go on and on.

      Avantages

      Flexible schedule. Remote Work. Talented co-workers.

      Inconvénients

      Raises are nearly non-existent. Workload is nearly impossible if you care about work-live balance. Management talk track does not match management actions.
