      Avantages

      Pros: Good office location. I like the office itself it's a nice layout and very convenient location for me. I have a good team There is employee enagagment from time to time.

      Inconvénients

      I am over worked, it never ends. There is a struggle with work life balance.

      Avantages

      Working for Rahi Systems was great. it was a small company with great benifits. The culture was great and work life balance was nice.

      Inconvénients

      working schedule was very last min and planning ahead could be troublesome at times.

      Fairly decent compensation package for position up do date. Job started out good. Environment started out good.

      Inconvénients

      When your off the clock, they still want you to work. Onsite management Micro-manages just about everything. No actual progression path or connection points for career advancement. Politics
